Notes from the Editor

It’s been a true joy. to work on another issue of Spry. For Issue 15 we have an eclectic mix of the dystopian, the whimsical and the observational. As life returns to a somewhat new normal, this may be the most unique group of submissions we’ve accepted in my time here.

My Clark University students continue to impress me with their enthusiasm and desire to learn the process of putting together a literary journal. The future of literature is in good hands.

The other joy of Spry is working with a great staff that challenges me to see new perspectives. I couldn’t even begin to do this without them; they’re truly the magic behind this journal.

I’m excited to take one more rotation around the Spry sun, to see what our contributors come up with next.

We hope you enjoy these pieces Thanks for spending time with us.

Warn regards,

Phil Lemos
